The Diploma in Elementary Education (D.El.Ed) is a professional program designed to prepare teachers for the primary level of education. The curriculum is structured to provide a balance of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, ensuring that aspiring teachers are well-equipped to handle the unique challenges of teaching at the elementary level. Below is the general outline of the D.El.Ed curriculum as per the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) guidelines which we follow subject to changes of West Bengal Board of Primary Education.
